If assembly 3 is the bottleneck operation and it have highest cycle time….we cannot say the uph of the line is 3600/150.

To get the UPH of the line, you need to take the cycle time of bottleneck operation, say 190 sec.

Then the UPH of assembly line will be 3600/190.

Please note this UPH will be the maximum possible UPH of the line.
