The session was informative and well arranged with the contents and progression of it throughout the entire session for anyone to get herself/himself familiarised with the basic concepts and practical insights on the 5S methodology. Melvin, with his exceptional expertise in the domain, has brilliantly delivered the whole session while responding to queries during the session whenever asked.
