You can use this tool for calculating manpower required per day or per shift, for producing a product at the rate at which its customer wants. For using this tool just enter all fields in the form and click the “calculate manpower” button. You can see your result at the bottom of the form. The calculations used in this tool are described in one of my previous post about , ‘how to calculate manpower required’. I am sharing the link of the post below. Please note that the result shown in the tool is excluding the leave allowance. Please also note that this tool cannot be used for product mix and I will publish a tool for calculating manpower required for product mix,

Hello team ,

I hope that you doing well , I tried to use the calculating formula but i didn’t see a logical resultat in comparison with our plant.
For your information i used sum of routing for the plannned production but the manpower number it s more than we have.

Any tips really appreciate .
