Thinking Out of Box

I have an old laptop bag, which I am using it for last 6 years. This bag has three compartments one big compartment where I put my lap top and two other small compartments. The large compartment zip has two zipper for closing the compartment. Since the large compartment has two zipper it can be closed in clockwise and anticlockwise direction. I usually close the bag in anticlockwise direction and I do not use the other zipper. And now it have a problem with its zip. When I try to close the zip it will not close properly and I usually take a lot of time adjusting the zip for closing it. It can be repaired but I am too lazy to take this bag to repair shop. This is the situation and I will explain what is thinking out of box and importance of it in the paragraphs below.

Meanwhile I am suggesting some laptop bags from amazon.in below. If you are planning to buy a laptop bag please buy through these links below.

And one day when I was struggling to close the zip of large compartment, while I was travelling in the metro train. The person sitting next to me suggested to use the other zipper, which I was not using for long time. That was the game changer, when I closed the zip with the other zipper it works perfectly. I saved the zip repair cost and zip closure time without an investment.

Here the thinking done by the person next to me is called thinking out of box. He analyzed the situation and arrived at the solution, by viewing it in a different angle.
