How to implement 5S set phase.

1. Implement 5s sort phase
2. After the implementation of 5s sort phase there will be only wanted items in the work place. Please ensure only wanted items are there in the work place once again.
3. Take a list of wanted items
4. Conduct a meeting with the peoples who are related to work place for selecting the most suitable method of storing the items. This should consider safety and aesthetics of work place. Also give importance to space savings and ergonomics.
5. After selecting proper storing method and proper place, label the storage place. So that once the item is taken away from its place it can be returned back to its proper place.
6. After implementing point 4 and 5, please make ensure all people keep the items in its place every time.
7. Regularly audit the work place.
