During my current professional career I was able to develop the following Activities / Skills:

• 5 Six Sigma Projects Implemented Using the DMAIC methodology. (Totaling 1.1kk Saving)
• 2 Robust Engineering Projects (Taguchi) implemented. (Reducing process variability)
• Project Leader (Main customers: Stihl, AISIN, TOYOTA & HONDA)
• Analyst/Engineer for the development of new processes for the automotive industries (Main Clients: BOSCH, Continental and Magneti Marelli);
• Development of studies for budgets for new lines and assembly cells;
• Development of studies to determine Takt-time, Balancing, MOD Load, Machine Load.)
• Conduction and Participation in LLD project (Lean Line Design);
• Project management to obtain Black Belt certification;
• Working with tools and documentation such as PFMEA, PDCA, 8D, APQP, PPAP, 5S, ISHIKAWA, , KANBAN, 5 WHYS, 5W2H, MS Project among others;
• Elaboration of process specifications and work instructions;
• Knowledge of JMP, Minitab and Protheus software;
• Development, monitoring and approval of new suppliers to meet customer requirements such as: Automation, Packaging, Peripherals for injection lines, stamping and production lines.
