Hi, am Mohamed Ghouse, Sr. Manager (IE), EPIC Group. I would like to ask you to make a tool by which we can upload our associates skill matrix & current style bulletins so that the tool can correlate the data and show us the requirement & availability of Skill Sets. Which will be most useful for Industrial Engineers to find their Skill gaps and balancing for current styles & upcoming styles. And when we go for recruitment also the data will be much validated.

Hi Melvin, Thanks for your article on Skill Matrix. Great Effort!! I have gone through that long back ago. You have generated a decent basic format for recording skill matrix. But even we can modify and update the format to get better end results. Since am working in RMG sector I would like to go deeply on this platform to modify the skill matrix, so that it will helpful for all other Industrial Engineers out there in RMG sector. I will take time and will let you know in detail when am on my leisure.
And I would like to add a note that if you can add an option on your time study sheet to calculate Capacity or Target/Hour to get the actual required output out of that time study sheet.
