For calculating takt time, enter the required data in the corresponding fields in the above and click the calculate button. And you can see the takt time in the result area at the bottom of the form. All time to be entered in the minute unit and takt time is shown in minutes.

Demand to be entered per day. Total time per shift is the time between start to end of the shift, including breaks. . Total time for lunch break and tea break to be entered in the ‘total time for breaks’ field. Only enter planned maintenance time per shift if applicable, otherwise keep the blank empty.

First four fields are mandatory for calculating Takt time.
