Instructions for using OEE calculator
- If you just want to calculate OEE, follow the instructions from 4 to 11
- If you want to calculate OEE and print the report follow instructions from 3 to 13
- Click ‘OEE calculator for printing’ button
- Enter details about the machine at the specified field at the top of the OEE calculator.
- Enter duration of shift in minutes
- Enter total break duration in minutes
- Enter downtime in minutes
- Enter cycle time in minutes
- Enter total no of parts produced
- Enter total no of parts rejected
- Click ‘Calculate OEE’ button (then you can see the results)
- Click on the ‘Print OEE report’ button.
- Now you can take print out as you want.
Note : We are not saving any data you enter in the OEE calculator, so whenever you close the page all data is lost.
