Difference between First Pass Yield (FPY) and First Time Yield (FTY)

There is no difference between First pass yield and First time yield.

As the phrases ‘First Pass’ and ‘First Time’ communicates almost same meaning in this situation, those are same and there is no difference.

May be in some region someone may same First pass yield and in some other region some one may see First time yield.
