Instructions for using OEE calculator

If you just want to calculate OEE, follow the instructions from 4 to 11
If you want to calculate OEE and print the report follow instructions from 3 to 13
Click ‘OEE calculator for printing’ button
Enter details about the machine at the specified field at the top of the OEE calculator.
Enter duration of shift in minutes
Enter total break duration in minutes
Enter downtime in minutes
Enter cycle time in minutes
Enter total no of parts produced
Enter total no of parts rejected
Click ‘Calculate OEE’ button (then you can see the results)
Click on the ‘Print OEE report’ button.
Now you can take print out as you want.

Note : We are not saving any data you enter in the OEE calculator, so whenever you close the page all data is lost.
