- Qualification – Diploma in Mechatronics from reputed colleges.
- 1-2 Years experience in designing & integrating mechatronic systems by integrating mechanical components with electronic control systems to achieve desired functionalities (flat belt conveyors, light duty SPM, Jigs and Fixtures etc)
- Knowledge in PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), or other embedded systems to control the operation of mechatronic devices.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, or software components in mechatronic systems.
- Troubleshooting problems to keep mechatronic systems operational.
- Work with teammates from different disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, to develop solutions.
- Willing to work in Toolroom for Designing and developing tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures used in the manufacturing process by using conventional machining methods (lathe, Milling etc). This involves understanding product requirements, material properties, and manufacturing constraints to create efficient and cost-effective tooling solutions.
- Selecting appropriate tooling materials.
- Developing maintenance schedules and procedures for ensuring the life of tooling equipment. Performing routine inspections, repairs, and refurbishments to prolong the lifespan of tooling and prevent downtime.
- Collaborating with manufacturing engineers and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes, minimize cycle times, and reduce scrap rates. Implementing process improvements and tooling modifications to enhance overall efficiency.
